Your data is used to carry out actuarial calculations in the provision of the services described above. It is also used in connection with record keeping and for invoicing for work carried out. We only use the data for the purpose it was provided and will not use it for marketing purposes either by ourselves or by third parties.

We have put appropriate measures in place to protect the security of the information we collect which is held on a password protected PC with antivirus and firewall software installed.
Retention of data
Personal data will be retained for a period of time to enable us to respond to future legitimate enquiries regarding the actuarial services that have been provided.

We will not make any decisions based on the automatic processing of data.
